FAQs

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We will be house hunting in 2025! As a result, we are not registering for gifts. Your presence is gift enough, but if you would like to contribute further, we have set up honeymoon and down payment funds. You can find details on the Registry tab of the website.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress in cocktail attire - let's get fancy! October in the Pacific Northwest is gorgeous, but it can get chilly in the evening. Plan ahead.

Question

Is this an indoor or outdoor wedding?

Answer

Ideally, the ceremony will be outdoors with an indoor/outdoor reception.

Question

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We would like for all of our guests to be able to enjoy themselves and the event without distractions, so we politely request no children in attendance.

Question

How should we get to Issaquah?

Answer

Issaquah is a 25-45 minute drive from SeaTac International Airport. We recommend a rental car if you're looking to explore during your stay, but Lyft and Uber are available in the area and to and from the venue.

Question

Where should we stay? Is there a discount code?

Answer

We have two suggested hotels in Issaquah. For details and discount codes, please look at the "Travel" section of the website

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Trinity Tree Farm. There is ample parking and ride shares (Uber, Lyft) service the area. We want everyone to enjoy themselves safely. If needed, you are welcome to leave your car at the parking lot until 10am on Sunday.

Question

How is accessibility at the venue?

Answer

The Barn is ADA accessible with restrooms on the ground floor.

Question

What food will be served?

Answer

Passed appetizers will be available after the ceremony with a buffet-style dinner to follow. Gluten-free and vegetarian options will be available - please reach out to Alli or Kyle with additional dietary restrictions.

Question

Can I take photos during the wedding?

Answer

Of course! We ask that no photos be taken during the ceremony so our photographer can get the best shots possible without having to compete with flashes or that one person taking photos with their iPad (you know who you are). Once we start the cocktail hour and reception, feel free!

Question

What's the beverage situation?

Answer

Alli and Kyle are concocting a set of signature cocktails, and wine, beer, mocktails, and what not will be available. Kyle insisted on a keg of Georgetown Manny's Pale Ale, so look forward to that!
