Alli and Kyle met in June 2022 and had their first date at The Octopus Bar in Wallingford, a neighborhood in Seattle. There were no first date jitters - both were sharing stories and cracking each other up before realizing they'd gone longer into the night than expected. Alli asked if she could kiss Kyle (he said yes) and the rest is history! Since then, they've shared hikes, walks around the lake, wine on a paddle board surrounded by an armada of boats fleeing Seafair, and had happy adventures in the Cascades, Mexico, and Hawaii. Kyle proposed on Mauna Kea early in the morning just as the sun came up. Not one for ceremony, Alli started looking for where they could have a special breakfast - Ken's Pancake House. Alli is over the moon to have someone she can count on to put together furniture and gently relocate spiders to the outdoors where they belong. Kyle is honored to become adoptive Cat Dad to Olive, the best cat in the world. And he's a dog person so you know that's big. He's also thrilled to be Alli's confidante and headrest.
