Syracuse Hancock International Airport

Syracuse likely offers the most direct flights into the Ithaca area. The Syracuse airport is ~ 1hr 20 minute drive from Ithaca. To get to Ithaca, guests are recommended to rent a car or schedule a pickup/shuttle ahead of time. Uber / Lyft is also available from the Syracuse airport, but the timing and cost to Ithaca can be more variable.

Ithaca Tompkins International Airport

Ithaca has a local regional airport that offers daily flights on Delta and United. Given it is a regional airport, many flights will involve a connection through DTW, EWR, or JFK (unless you fly directly from these airports). The drive from the Ithaca airport to downtown Ithaca is short ~10 minutes and can be serviced by Uber / Lyft or taxis from the airport.

For guests interested in coming in a bit early, staying late to enjoy the region, or simply looking for an alternative to staying in a hotel, we recommend looking at renting houses in Ithaca through Airbnb or Vrbo. There are many house / apartment rentals near downtown Ithaca that would be great places to stay and keep you close to the action / shuttles. Alternatively, Lake Cayuga is a short ~5 minute drive from downtown Ithaca and offers guests the opportunity to rent a lake house for your stay. Many of these houses offer beautiful views of the lake and often have docks to enjoy a swim in the lake. Note: Shuttles for wedding activities will only be picking up guests from the hotels noted on this page. Therefore, transportation would need to be coordinated separately (Uber / Lyft / taxi / drive), or you can meet us at the designated pick-up areas at the hotels for a ride.
