Friday shuttle details below -- see the next answer for Saturday shuttle details! The pick-up times and locations vary by hotel block -- the specific hotels are listed on the 'Travel' tab, in case you need an address. Fairfield Inn pick-up time/location: on 8/25 at 5:55 PM at the hotel Country Inn & Suites pick-up time/location: on 8/25 at 6:25 PM at the hotel All 3 Downtown hotels (Hotel Ithaca, Ithaca Marriott, Canopy by Hilton) have the same pick-up location in Downtown. This is within a 5-minute walk of these hotels. The pick-up location will be the Bus Stop at the Hilton Garden Inn (130 E Seneca St, Ithaca, NY 14850). The pick-up time will be on 8/25 at 6:50 PM. There will be shuttles to pick-up guests after the Welcome Event concludes around 9:30/9:45 PM to take you back to your location (i.e., Fairfield Inn, Country Inn, or Downtown). The Post Welcome Event Drinks are located at a bar Downtown (see the 'Schedule' tab) that is walking distance to the Downtown hotel blocks.

Country Inn & Suites pick-up time/location: on 8/26 at 2:35 PM at the hotel Fairfield Inn pick-up time/location: on 8/26 at 3:00 PM at the hotel All 3 Downtown hotels (Hotel Ithaca, Ithaca Marriott, Canopy by Hilton) have the same pick-up location in Downtown. This is within a 5-minute walk of these hotels. The pick-up location will be the Bus Stop at the Hilton Garden Inn (130 E Seneca St, Ithaca, NY 14850). The pick-up time will be on 8/26 at 3:00 PM. There will be a continuous shuttle running from 9 PM until 3 AM to accommodate various guest preferences regarding when people want to leave the wedding festivities. The After Party is at the same location as the Wedding and goes from 11 PM until 3 AM. When the band finishes at 11 PM, there is a DJ coming in for the After Party (and other After Party surprises too)!

All located at the same location :) Pre-Ceremony Drinks: 3:45-4:30 PM Ceremony: 4:30 - 5:00 PM Cocktail Hour: 5:00 - 6:00 PM Reception: 6:00 - 11:00 PM After Party: 11 PM - 3:00 AM (at 11 PM, the band finishes and a DJ takes over for the After Party. We have other After Party surprises too! )

For those wearing heels, what will the ground be like on Friday and Saturday?

Answer

On Friday, there is no grass, and the ground will be hard. On Saturday, there will be lots of grass throughout the venue area. We don't recommend stilettos on Saturday; we recommend a block heel or wedge for those wearing heels.

Is dinner being served at the welcome event on Friday night?

Answer

No, only drinks and some light sweet treats will be served on Friday night at the Welcome Event. Please plan to eat dinner before you arrive to the Welcome Event which starts promptly at 7:00 PM.

Is there parking at the venue on Friday and at the venue on Saturday, if I choose to drive my car?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of complimentary parking available for cars on both Friday and Saturday.
