Dana Corbett

Maid of Honor

Dana is my sister by nature and best friend by choice! Energetic, organized, and funny, she is the best maid of honor I could ask for!

Leah Corbett

Bridesmaid

Leah is one of my two double cousins - our moms are sisters and our dads are brothers! Leah and I grew up together in New Jersey and she's basically another sister. She is also one of the funniest people I know!

Alexa Corbett

Bridesmaid

Lexie is my other double cousin (and Leah's younger sister). She wears her heart on her sleeve and can ALWAYS make me laugh!

Hannah Hines

Bridesmaid

Hannah is my future sister-in-law! She is David's older sister, a go-getter actor out in LA, and recently a new mom!

Madie Hartney

Bridesmaid

Madie and I go way back to those formative high school years. Through semesters abroad, moves across the country, and months without seeing each other, she remains my silly, trusted best friend. Back in 2014, she even spent her birthday with me while I got my last chemo treatment! If that's not a true friend, I don't know what is.

Mary Hudson

Bridesmaid

Mary is also a high school friend. And in 2015, we coincidentally enrolled at the UNC School of Social Work at the same time, giving us another two years of quality time together involving papers, exams, and lots and lots of reading. She is the most affirming person I know.

Katie Arms

Bridesmaid

Katie is a friend from Elon. She is one of the most loyal people I know! She is dependable, compassionate, and humble. I was a bridesmaid for her in 2015 and I'm so excited to have her as mine now!

Eryn Gorang

Bridesmaid

Eryn is another friend from Elon. She is essentially the real-life version of Leslie Knope. She has seemingly infinite energy, enthusiasm, and creativity. My life would be much more boring without her!

Luke Bashford

Best Man

Luke is my brother from another mother. I've known him since high school and we've been best pals since. We have been on quite a few adventures going from grinding video games in his mom's basement to being more sociable nerds by becoming professional poker players and then professional programmers. I guess the nerd part stuck. Happy to have this guy by my side as my best man, I couldn't have picked someone more qualified.

Scott Hines

Groomsman

Scott is married to my sister Hannah Hines. I've actually known Scott longer than Hannah has! We met at our local high school youth group and I remember the first conversation we ever had and he referenced how he felt like "Job from the Bible". Pretty dark, Scott. Glad things worked out and I'm happy to have you on team groomsmen.

Tristan Thrall

Groomsman

Tristan is the maid of honor Dana's fiancé and a good friend of mine. We've traveled to Italy and Switzerland together and somehow I didn't die climbing a mountain with him. Tristan has run multiple marathons and has a great sense of humor.

Andy Nguyen

Groomsman

Andy was one of the first friends I made at Galvanize when I was learning to write code. We became fast friends and still keep in touch regularly. Don't challenge Andy to a dance off, he is a b-boy who will be cutting up the dance floor like I'll be cutting into the cake at my wedding.

John Middleton

Groomsman

John is my brother. If you catch John smiling in a picture, congratulations. You now own something more rare and precious than a picture of Big Foot or the Loch Ness. Despite his quiet personality and lack of desire to smile for photos my brother is one of the smartest hardest working guys I know. We share an equally dark sense of humor much to our Mom's dismay.

Brian Deshazer

Groomsman

I met Brian shortly after he graduated from the Iron Yard programming school in Durham. We've been friends since then and worked on the same team at IBM for over three years. Brian is a giant and a party animal and I'm excited to see him bust a move on the dance floor.

Adam Franzen

Groomsman

I've known Adam since he moved to Durham a few years ago. Adam is the definition of "a good guy" and is very reliable and a good listener. I'm lucky to call Adam my friend.

Jake Marwil

Groomsman

I met Jake through IBM and he is one of the weirdest guys I know (in a good way). Don't let his normal demeanor fool you, I can goof around with the best of them but Jake took my understanding of what being a goofball is to the next level. He also is well traveled and speaks Japanese!
