🌲 Welcome to Serene Lakes! Just minutes from Soda Springs and Kidd Lake, Serene Lakes is a peaceful alpine gem made up of Lake Serena and Lake Dulzura. Serena stays untouched (it’s the community’s water source), while Dulzura is perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and floating the day away. 🚫 No motorized boats = pure serenity. 🎣 Catch & release fishing includes rainbow trout and catfish, and there are nearby trails for hiking or biking to Castle Peak and beyond. Originally known as the “Ice Lakes,” legend has it Mark Twain gave them their names—but no matter who did, it’s magical here. Tip: Visit in July for warm days, cool water, and golden sunsets. Bring a suit, towel, sunblock, and your adventure spirit. 💛
