💕 Our Story It all started with a friendship built at the gym in 2014 — where we first crossed paths at Auburn CrossFit (shoutout to squats for bringing people together). But it wasn’t until July 2020 that something shifted. Our first official “non-date” happened on July 10, 2020, and the spark was undeniable. From Costa Rica adventures and mountain getaways to Nevada City and Santa Cruz to long drives filled with music (especially NEEDTOBREATHE), our connection grew quickly — and deeply. We said “I love you” for the first time on April 30th, 2021, and from there, life got sweeter: dinner made by the girls, meeting families, and dreaming about the future together. He’s supported us through thick and thin, encouraged us to follow our dreams, and somehow always shows up with the perfect chai tea (yes, every morning). Whether we’re hiking Yosemite, road-tripping to Sierraville, or dancing at concerts in Reno, we always find home in each other. On October 27, 2023, just before a NEEDTOBREATHE concert — he asked me to marry him. A few days later, he proposed again by the fire, with our dogs by our side, just to make sure I really knew how serious he was. 💍 We’ve built a life together that’s full of laughter, adventure, and love along with a crazy dog Bear Dog— and we can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter with all of you.
