Shuttle Pickup
3:00 pm - 3:00 pm
There will be a shuttle to transfer you to and from the wedding venue. Shuttles will pick up from 1) the Vail Transportation Center and 2) the turnaround at the Lionshead Welcome Center (near the parking structure). Because the number of shuttles at each pick up location has been coordinated to where guests are staying, please use the shuttle pickup location nearest your hotel. Guests staying in Lionshead should use the turnaround at the Lionshead Welcome Center; guests staying in Vail Village should use the Vail Transportation Center. Shuttles will be marked with "Nova Guides" on the side. Evergreen lodge --> Turnaround at Lionshead Welcome Center The Lodge at Vail --> Vail Transportation Center Lodge tower --> Vail Transportation Center Mountain Haus --> Vail Transportation Center For returning to Vail from the venue, shuttles will be available to take you home at either 8:15 pm or 10:00 pm. Please let your driver know which drop off location you prefer (VTC or Lionshead).

Cocktail Attire
The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please join us immediately following the ceremony for appetizers and cocktails. Dinner and dancing to follow! Shuttles will be available to take guests back to one of the designated pick-up/drop-off locations at any time during the evening. Please make it a date night! Our wedding is for adults only. However, there are babysitters available in Vail. See our FAQs page for more information. Please note that Camp Hale is located at 9,200 feet of altitude! This will strongly impact your alcohol tolerance, and we recommend designating a driver (if you aren't taking a shuttle) and drinking lots of water throughout the night!
