Switchback Smokehouse is catering lunch. Its owned and run by a local husband and wife team. They smoke just about anything - chicken, beef, duck, pork, salmon, sweet potatoes. In addition they make a wide variety of sides. So there will be something for everyone. We know that some of you keep kosher and others of you are vegetarian. Let us know your preference for a main so that we have the right mix.

Argentina
We are heading off to Argentina for a week. Due to a last minute cancellation, we snagged two spots on a trip with Dave's friends from Stanford to Argentina to sip wine, horseback ride, zipline, trek, cook, and enjoy the total eclipse of the sun! We head to the airport around 8:30pm to catch a flight to Mendoza, Argentina via Orlando and Panama City.
