Wedding Weekend Kickoff

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We want to welcome anyone who is in town to 550 Waterfront! It will be an easy going, causal evening to welcome you to the wedding weekend! This will be a swing by and hang out for as long as you want type of event. Drinks and food will be on your own but we have reserved an area of the bar to hang out. The restaurant encouraged carpooling or ubering to help with parking! Note: don't fret if you can't make this, as there is also an official "Welcome Drinks" the following night you can try to make it to as well! :)

Welcome Drinks

7:00 pm - 9:30 pm

This is open to all of our guests who are already in the area or checked into their rooms at the Lodge and want to meet up right after the rehearsal dinner has concluded for some drinks and food! They have a full bar, and full menu so you could also grab dinner while you're here! We've personally been there a few times and have been wowed by their food, and Dave's beer favorite: The Paradox Pilsner.

Wedding Time!

This event is semi-formal.

~Ceremony (4:00pm - 5pm) We will begin the ceremony at 4:00pm. Please arrive 30 minutes earlier to make it to the ceremony site and give time to settle in. The ceremony will take place on a grassy lawn so please keep that in mind when choosing heels. The reception will take place inside. ~Cocktail Hour (5:00pm - 6:00pm) Just a few short steps away from the ceremony location in the "High Peaks" building. (When arriving feel free to ask staff where this is, it's hard to miss!) ~Reception (6:00pm - 10:00pm) Taking place in the same building and location as the Cocktail hour, so once you're there, you're all set! ~After Party (10:00pm - Close) We'll have Robby Mastrontoni slingin' pies, smores and a campfire cued up, as well as drinks in the Brown Swan Tavern. According to the staff, as long as we're still buying drinks, they'll stay on until legally allowable! (2am!)

Brunch + Recovery Day

12:30 pm - 11:45 pm

Casual

Brunch (10am - 12pm) Join us for some coffee, bagels, and pastries in the morning! If you're sticking around for the rest of the day, we're elated and also will see you on site! If not, and you're taking off, we'd love to give you a hug and a thanks for coming out before you hit the road! Note: for a more traditional breakfast, in the next room there is the Brown Swan that will be serving breakfast a la carte. You can seat, order your food, and we're told you can even sneak in your plate to hang with us in the banquet room next door! Up to you! Recovery Day (12pm - Rest of day) Dave and Jen will be staying at the Lodge until Monday, May 27. If you can, feel free to hang out with us the day after the wedding! Depending on weather, there are lawn games, the lake/beach, indoor pool, game rooms, etc. We would love for you to stay to hang!
