This is a historic tobacco factory complex that has been repurposed into restaurants, entertainment spaces, and offices.
If you're looking for a local spot to sit and have a cup of coffee, check out any of the three Cocoa Cinnamon locations. Our favorite is on Chapel Hill Rd. because they also serve fresh churros, but the original is on Geer St.
