San Diego International Airport (SAN)

San Diego Airport is the closest major airport to La Jolla. From there, you can rent a car and drive to the La Jolla area, or catch a Lyft/Uber for the 20-30 minute ride north to La Jolla.

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

If you're planning a more extensive SoCal vacation, another option is to fly into LAX. From Los Angeles, it's a 2-3 hour drive (depending on traffic!) down to La Jolla.

Inn by the Sea at La Jolla

For your convenience, we have reserved two hotel blocks. In either case, please mention the Nousome-O’Connor Wedding when calling to make your reservation. The first block has been reserved at The Inn By the Sea at La Jolla which is two blocks from the wedding venue. Please call (800) 526-4545 or (858) 459-4461 to make a reservation. The standard/ocean discount rate is $139/$179 (with parking included). Be sure to book your hotel room by January 1, 2020 to receive the discount. The Inn by the Sea has a heated outdoor pool to enjoy during the winter months, complimentary iced coffee bar in the lobby each afternoon, and free daily passes to the sports club across the stress for guests (https://lajollasportsclub.com/). Handlery Hotel San Diego

A second block of rooms has been reserved at The Handlery Hotel in San Diego. The hotel is a 20 minute drive to the venue but closer to North Park and the Gaslamp areas. Please call (800) 676-6567 or (619) 298-0511 to make a reservation. The discount rate is $99 (with $15 parking). Be sure to book your hotel room by January 1, 2020 to receive the discount. Otherwise, there are many hotels and vacation rentals in the San Diego area, including in the North Park, Hillcrest, Downtown, or beach areas!
