FAQs

You've got questions.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you can! We will be reaching out in early July to those we haven’t heard from yet!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony / reception?

Answer

Yes there is! The venue has a good sized parking lot and we don’t anticipate any issues there—it’s always recommended to carpool if you are able!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 5:30! We anticipate the ceremony beginning at 6pm and want as many of our family and friends to be present since you mean so much to us! Seattle traffic is no joke so please plan accordingly!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! We've made special arrangements to welcome kids who are included in the invitations (including kid friendly meals at dinner). However, we kindly ask that only those who have been specifically invited attend to ensure everyone has a fantastic time and our seating chart doesn’t need to be adjusted on-the-fly!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’ve extended plus one’s to as many of our guests as we were able! If you require a plus one please reach out and we will see if we can accommodate.

Question

Is it an open bar?

Answer

We're keeping the party lively with a fully-stocked Cash Bar! But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with wine during the reception, champagne for toasts, and unlimited soda, coffee, and tea all night long. Fun fact: Cash Bar is just what it's called... they will also be accepting credit cards.

Question

About the menu…

Answer

The entire menu descriptions would have been A LOT for the invitation. Here are the details: Braised Beef Short Ribs Smashed fingerling potatoes, roasted vegetables, lemon gremolata, braising sauce Pan Roasted Jidori Chicken Gnocchi, Uli’s chorizo, grilled bell peppers, smoked tomato sauce (*sauce contains fish) Grilled Wild Pacific Northwest Salmon Roasted vegetables, whipped Yukon Gold potatoes, lemon beurre blanc Vegan Vegetable Coconut Curry Ginger-lemongrass coconut milk curry, green beans, corn, red bell peppers, fresh herbs, scallion oil, white rice

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

There are so many amazing hotels old and new in Seattle (as well as some great AirBnB’s). We suggest thinking of Seattle as a city of neighborhoods, your ideal locations will be in Ballard, Fremont, Wallingford, Queen Anne, Belltown, or South Lake Union. We've also put a list of some of our recommended hotels together under the travel section of this site! They aren't booked or blocked for you, but may have discounts attached!
