There is a contracted rate for rooms reserved under the Hutchins-Nelson wedding. There is no set number of rooms held and they will be released 90 days prior to the event. Rates are as follows (and in CAD): · $450.00 plus tax per night for a Resort King Room · $480.00 plus tax per night for a Superior King Room · $510.00 plus tax per night for a Deluxe King Room · $540.00 plus tax per night for a Premier Room · $610.00 plus tax per night for a Four Seasons Executive Suite · $640.00 plus tax per night for a Deluxe Four Seasons Executive Suite

Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is the closest airport to Whistler. You can rent a car or take the Pacific Coast Line shuttle to Whistler. Once you have reached Whistler, the bus system, walking, and hotel shuttles make getting around easy.
