Arrival and Seating
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Get over to the Four Seasons in the Upper Whistler Village! Seating will take place between 5 and 5:30, the ceremony will begin sharply at 5:30pm.

5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Cocktail
If you are located in the Village you can walk or see if your hotel will shuttle you over to the Four Seasons. We will be in the Harmony Ballroom downstairs.
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Join us for cocktail hour as we get ready to enjoy dinner. This is the perfect time to return any children who may have attended the ceremony back to their rooms as they will not be able to attend the reception.
