When do I need to RSVP by?

RSVP by June 1, 2026. We’re excited to celebrate with all our favorite people and want to make sure we save you a spot on the dance floor! RSVPs will be made available in the Spring.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’ve reserved multiple hotel blocks in River North. You’ll be just steps away from the Chicago Riverwalk, great restaurants, and (most importantly) all the wedding fun!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We’ll say “I do” indoors at Saint Clement Catholic Church, then head to the River Roast veranda for cocktail hour. The reception is inside, but the veranda stays open all night for anyone who wants a little riverside time between dances! Since we’re getting married during Summertime Chi, you’ll likely enjoy warm, bright, and comfortable weather — perfect for celebrating! Because it might get warm & sunny, we recommend bringing sunglasses and applying sunscreen if you plan to spend time outside on the veranda.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding is formal with black-tie optional! Gentlemen can wear suits or tuxedos, and ladies should wear formal gowns or midi-length dresses. Since we’re celebrating summer in Chicago, we encourage bright colors, florals, ruffles, and fun, festive looks.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our celebration will be adults-only. This allows all of our guests to fully relax, enjoy the festivities, and celebrate with us. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to share this special day with you!

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Please arrive to Saint Clement Catholic Church 15 minutes early at 2:45pm. Ushers will seat you upon arrival.

What if I have a dietary requirement?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy every bite of your meal! Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP, and we’ll make sure River Roast can accommodate your needs.
