Here are some of our favorite spots to eat or hang out around Charlottesville!

This orchard sits on top of a mountain and has delicious hot apple cider and apple cider donuts. Needless to say Jacob never leaves here empty-handed.

Carters Mountain Apple Orchard

This orchard often allows you to pick the fruit that is in season. Check their website to see what's fresh!

Chiles Peach Orchard and Farm Market

I surprised Jacob here for his birthday. Great for people that love wine, plants and occasionally live music.

Glass House Winery

A small, hole in the wall restaurant with great chorizo cheese fries and al-pastor tacos.

La Michoacana Taqueria & Restaurant

This is a popular hike in Charlottesville - it is a short distance (~ 1.5 mile) but a steep incline! The top has a 360 overlook of Charlottesville. There is a parking lot at the address we listed above or you can google Humpback Rock Parking.

Hike Humpback Rock

We went here on our first date when they had live jazz playing. Jacob recommends getting the Nasty Chicken Biscuit along with your cocktail.
