Our engagement photos were taken at a local overlook in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

On December 5th, 2019, after a Christmas light show at our university, we became official. The flash was bright, but our future was brighter.

As we started to date we enjoyed creative dates - like making a blanket-pillow fort and watching a movie.

3 months into dating, COVID hit and we were sent home. We had lots of online dates playing games and watching movies.

After coming back to UVA fall of 2020, we took a break from our studies and visited Jacob's family in upstate New York.

In May 2021, Jacob graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree.

That summer, we went backpacking in North Carolina.

For our 2 year anniversary December 2021, Jacob gifted us a photo shoot!

Danning graduated in May 2022 with a degree in Psychology and Cognitive Science.

Early in the morning on July 24th, 2022 we embarked on a hot air balloon ride.

We left the ground dating and landed ENGAGED!!

The engagement ring from Jacob's Grandmother fit perfectly.

Now we are busy wedding planning, working and waiting to be married!
