Where to purchase Ferry Tickets?

Guests taking a bicycle to the Island will need to purchase a bike license for $13.00. PLEASE REMEMBER THE FERRY IS AROUND A 30 MINUTE TRIP TO THE ISLAND, THEN TRAVEL TO THE RESORT FOR THE WEDDING. IF YOU ARE ARRIVING THE DAY OF PLEASE REMEMBER TO ARRIVE TO THE FERRY DOCK EARLY TO ENSURE YOU CAN ARRIVE ON TIME.

Can kids attend the wedding and reception?

No, this wedding and reception is ADULT only. If you are planning to bring the kids up for a family weekend/ week/ vacation we love that, however, please remember the wedding and reception are adult only and alternate arrangements should be made for them while you attend the wedding festivities. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there a shuttle to Mission Point Resort from the Ferry Dock?

Answer

Yes, you can pick up the Mission Point Resort Horse shuttle at the ferry dock when you arrive. The cost of this shuttle is $6 per person and they accept cash only. You can take advantage of this when you arrive with no reservation needed

How do I get my luggage to the Resort?

Answer

If you are staying at Mission Point Resort you can check your luggage at the ferry dock and the luggage will be transported for you and will be ready when you arrive for check in. If you are staying at another hotel or B&B on the Island there are porters at the dock that will be able to get your luggage to your destination. If you are staying somewhere other than Mission Point as them about their luggage porter when you book your room.

How do I get around the Island?

Answer

You can reserve a Horse Taxi on the Island. The cost of this taxi will depend on where you are going and where you are being picked up from. All horse taxi's are handled through Carriage Tours.

Where do I park for the ferry?

Answer

You can locate the parking lot locations on the Star Line website. Please be sure to look at the different lots, they do offer free parking at the lots that are a little further away from the dock and will shuttle you right to the dock from those locations. You can also choose to park closer or valet your vehicle for a cost.
