We plan to have brunch at a restaurant in Panicale in the morning. During the day, guests are free to roam the estate property. Then, we'll enjoy pizza and wine at the Poderaccio house :)

First, we'll have brunch at the Muserale house and go on a short guided walking tour with the estate owner. Then, relax poolside!!

We’re planning to go to Castiglione del Lago off of Lake Trasimeno. Things to do: - Enter the castle and climb to the top to get a view of the lake and the surrounding hills - There are a few small beaches, but we hear the best one is on the North shore (Address: Lido Arezzo, Via Lungolago 49). - In the town, there are a few shops where you can buy local food products and wine, such as Umbria Terra e Sole and L’Angolo del Buon Gustaio. - Grab a bite to eat at one of the recommended restaurants: Le Scalette, L’Acquario, and Trattoria Dal Castiglionese. - Rent a bike to see and ride around the lake (https://ciclivalentini.it/) Other towns on Lake Trasimeno: - Monte Del Lago - Paciano (fun fact: Ed Sheeran has a house here) - Lake Trasimeno Islands (Isola Maggiore and Isola Polvere) - La Valle Nature Reserve We plan to stop at a winery on our way back to the venue.

We’re planning on exploring a town or two in Umbria, such as Assisi and Perugia. Assisi is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Things to do in Assisi: - Visit landmarks like Basilica of S. Francesco, Cathedral of S Rufino, Piazza del Comune - Archaeological Museum and the Roman Forum - Castle (Rocca Maggiore) on a hill with views of the city and the valley below - Recommended restaurants include Osteria Dei Priori, Piccola Umbria, Enoteco Mazzini Perugia is the capital of Umbria. Things to do in Perugia: - Visit the historic palazzo of an aristocratic family and visit the Etruscan well underneath it - Via dell’Acquedotto viewpoint - Restaurants: Al Tartufo (first restaurant in Perugia dedicated to Truffle), Osteria A Priori, Il Cantinone, La Taverna, Numero Zero (mental disorder social center by day, restaurant by night) Other nearby towns include Montefalco, Montepulciano, and Spello. To be confirmed: pasta making (~70 euro per person) at the venue for dinner.
