The Wedding Website of Danielle Medina and Ryan Danielson
We are very excited to share some local places that have helped shape us into who we are.
Six Flags Magic Mountain

Six Flags Magic Mountain

26101 Magic Mountain Parkway, Valencia, CA 91355
, (661) 255-4100

Six Flags is the biggest attraction in Santa Clarita. If you are planning on being in town for a few extra days and you love thrill rides, it is highly recommended that you check this place out! Make sure to plan ahead and check if reservations are necessary. Ryan and Danielle's favorite rides include: Goliath, X2, Tatsu, and Scream.

Way Station Coffee Shop

Way Station Coffee Shop

24377 Main Street, Santa Clarita, CA 91321
, (661) 255-0222

Ryan's favorite breakfast spot growing up was the Way Station in Santa Clarita. This is an old-school diner, with rickety tables, exhausted bench seats, and your food cooked within full view of you. This restaurant holds a very special place in Ryan's heart as this was one of his and his dad's favorite places to grab breakfast.

Halfway House cafe

Halfway House cafe

15564 Sierra Highway, Santa Clarita, CA 91390
, (661) 251-0102

Come in and experience Danielle's favorite breakfast spot in Santa Clarita. The Halfway House Cafe is just down the road from the wedding venue and is one of Hollywood's favorite filming locations. The history at this breakfast spot is unparalleled.

Rattler's Bar B Que

Rattler's Bar B Que

26495 Golden Valley Road, Santa Clarita, CA 91351
, (661) 251-4195

Looking for a dinner spot? Do you enjoy BBQ food and a relaxing atmosphere? If so, then Rattler's is the place to be. Fun fact, Ryan and Danielle went here for drinks on their first date.

Vasquez Rocks Natural Area Park

Vasquez Rocks Natural Area Park

10700 Escondido Canyon Road, Agua Dulce, CA 91350
, (661) 268-0840

Geology nerds and movie buffs...ALERT! Vasquez Rocks Natural Area Park is another popular place and filming location. The massive uplifted sandstone outcrops will make the most timid geologist gush, and the film and history buffs will recognize this location immediately. The Flintstones, Dante's Peak, Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey, the Star Trek movies, and much more have been filmed at this location. This is also where Danielle and Ryan went for their engagement photos.

Placerita Canyon Nature Center

Placerita Canyon Nature Center

19152 Placerita Canyon Road, Newhall, CA 91321
, (661) 259-7832

Want to go for a hike? Placerita is a perfect area to get out and stretch your legs. Danielle grew up hiking these trails with her family and highly recommends it.

Hollywood Walk of Fame

Hollywood Walk of Fame

Vine Street, Los Angeles, CA 90028

Visiting Hollywood starts with the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Not only will you get to see the stars, but you will also get to see the wild and crazy of Hollywood. While exploring the Walk, Ryan and one of his best friends got chased by one of the scariest, grossest looking Spongebob Squarepants. Follow the Hollywood Walk of Fame and you will reach many historical sites, see many great attractions, and, if you're lucky, get chased by only the craziest cartoon characters.

Grauman's Chinese Theatre

Grauman's Chinese Theatre

6925 Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90028
, (323) 461-3331

Grauman's Chinese Theatre is the one of the most famous theaters of all time. You may not recognize the name, but you will recognize the location. By following the Hollywood Walk of Fame, you can end up in front of the theatre where you will see cement handprints from your favorite movie stars and celebrities. Both Danielle's favorite actress, Judy Garland, and Ryan's favorite actor, Clint Eastwood, have their prints at the theatre. This location is well worth a visit.

Disneyland Park

Disneyland Park

1313 Disneyland Drive, Anaheim, CA 92802
, (714) 781-4636

Guess where Ryan and Danielle are going on their honeymoon...that's right...Disneyland! And...you should go too. There is much history and fun to be had there. Plan to have at least a full day, if not multiple full days, in order to experience all the rides, all the attractions, and to meet the cast. You will need to make reservations to enter the park, so plan in advance.

For all the days along the way
