What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3 PM. We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes early.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are occurring in the same location. Ceremony is outside and reception is inside/outside

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress comfortable and classy. Be ready to have fun! Remember ceremony is outside at 3pm and can be warm at that time but does tend to cool down by the evening.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Generally, weather in October in southern California is warm during the day and cooler in the evening. Please plan to be outside and in the sun for the ceremony. The reception will move indoors, but may get chilly in the evening. Please bring a coat.

Is there transportation from the hotel to the ceremony and back?

Answer

We will not have arranged transportation between the hotel and the venue. There is parking at the venue and there are multiple ride-hailing services available in the area. If you plan to enjoy some alcoholic beverages, please plan for a designated driver or other source of transportation. Keep in mind that the venue is about a 25 min drive from our recommended hotels (see the travel tab for these hotels)

Parking is available in a dirt/gravel lot at the bottom of the venue. Staff will direct you where to park.

Where do I ship my gifts too?

Answer

Please ship all items to our home address in Redding CA. 11384 Balboa Dr. Redding, CA 96003 But of course if you are bringing small items such as cards, there will be a spot for drop off at the wedding.
