Guest Arrival and Check-In

We will be providing transportation from FLR airport to Castello di Ristonchi. It is about a 40 minute drive to the property if you would like to arrive on your own. There will be a welcome gelato cart to get your taste buds going 🍨.
Welcome Wine & Pizza Party
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Let's relax, celebrate, and get acquainted during our wedding extravaganza! Join us on the castle terrace for welcome wine and introductions as we watch the sunset over the Tuscan mountains. Our build your own Pizza Night Dinner kicks off at 7:00 PM on the terrace. There will be a bar open for additional alcohol to purchase and will be billed separately to your room.

Breakfast on the Terrace
9:00 am - 10:30 am
Join us for a light breakfast on the terrace. Indulge in Fresh Bread with Local Jams and Honey, Cheese Boards, Yogurt, Muesli. Includes Coffee, Juice and Still Water. All the honey and olive oil we consume all weekend come from bees raised right on site at the castello and olives harvested from the olive groves. This is a true farm to table magical place. Still hungry? No problem! Additional food, alcohol, or speciality coffees are available to purchase from the Castello kitchen and will be billed separately to your room.
Lunch by the Pool
12:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Join us at the Castello Pool and order up paninis from the Panini Truck! Take a dip in the pool- filled with fresh mountain spring water or relax in the hot tub before the festivities.
Ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Join us for ceremony. Please pick a seat - not a side. Formal Attire is requested (i.e. long(ish) dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits). Note: we will be on grass for most of the evening - so plan shoe-wear accordingly.
Post Ceremony Appertivo on the Terrace
4:00 pm
After the ceremony, head to the terrace to enjoy a variety of fresh appetizers and sip on Prosecco and local beer with everyone.
Tuscan Sunset Wedding Dinner
6:00 pm
Let the celebrations commence! Take your seat for a delightful four-course Italian feast, served family-style and freshly prepared by the Castello Chef with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Eat, relax, and get ready to share laughter as we watch the Tuscan sun set over the hills.
