Crossing into Mexico is a breeze by car, you shouldn't have to speak with anyone, just a brief stop. They use a green light / red light system. Green means you're good welcome to Mexico, red they'll stop and talk to you. It's very rare to get a red light. Crossing on foot is equally easy. Crossing back into the US can be a bit of a pain. It's a good idea to plan for ~3 hours at the border if crossing by car through the general line. There are two crossings to choose from, San Ysidro (main one) and Otay Mesa (smaller one). Make very sure you are in the correct lane, do not use the Sentri or Ready Lanes unless you 100% have those documents. Consider crossing the border on foot. It's how I (Daniel) do it. Here is a useful website to track wait times at the border. bwt.cbp.gov
No rooms for rent at the venue itself, it's just a winery.
Venue is ~30 minutes outside of Ensenada in Valle de Guadalupe. We have blocked rooms in 2 hotels. One coastal and quiet, one downtown. Any Airbnbs in the zones we've highlighted will be in fairly close proximity to the wedding shuttle pickup/dropoff site(s). We're talking <10 min uber. *SEE GALLERY SECTION FOR MAP VIEW*
