Welcome Event

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Casual, athletic attire if you're pickleballing!

Catch up with us for drinks & light bites to kick off our wedding weekend! We are hosting this event at an indoor pickleball venue and would love to have all that are interested participate in playing, although you are in no way obligated to if you attend (we just want your company!). We will have reserved courts for competitive & casual play, cabanas to lounge, a full bar, and other games like shuffleboard & ping pong so you can enjoy however you wish. The venue has a free parking lot for guests planning to drive.

Wedding

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

This event is black-tie optional.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM CT. Cocktail hour, dinner, and reception to follow. Transportation will be provided at 4:15PM from the hotel to the venue, and at 11:15PM from the venue to the hotel. If you are not traveling with the transportation provided, we request that you plan to arrive at the venue by 4:45PM. There is a free parking lot across from the venue for those driving.

Brunch

9:00 am - 11:30 am

Casual attire welcome.

Cap off wedding weekend with us at our farewell brunch! Please join us at your leisure in the DaVinci Room, downstairs in Claridge House. There will be options that are easy to grab & go if you're on a time crunch, or you can sit down & relax before you head out.
