Hotel
The closest inn to the campground is the Newcastle Inn (10 minute drive). *This venue has a 3 night minimum stay for the weekend due to the Pumpkin Festival in town that weekend
Hotel
This is a very cute inn located close to famous Red's Eats for lobster rolls. It is a 20 minute drive to the campground. *Several people are staying here - they have a 20% off coupon on their site if you book direct.
Travel Note
The attached link will take you to some Airbnbs I found that are within a 20 minute drive to the campground. Some might not be available to book for October yet, so if you see one you like, you can message the owner and inquire if it's going to be available.
Travel Note
Similar to Airbnb, VRBO (Vac Rental By Owner) has a lot of homes available to rent. The link here will take you to a list I made of homes and camps within 20 minutes of the campground.
Hotel
Very cute hotel less than a 20-minute drive to the camp - right off Route 1.
Hotel
15 minute drive to campground - we drove by this inn recently and it was VERY cute!
House Or Rental
Yes- you can rent an RV and bring it to the campground! (unless you already own one). We just need to tell the campground to reserve the hookup. There is a company called Cruise America with pickups in Ohio, NJ, NY, Boston (not Maine). Or check out the link below for the closest one I found to Portland Airport. You can also rent RVs "airbnb" style and some of them will deliver to the campground: https://rvshare.com or and https://www.outdoorsy.com
Flight
The closest airport is Portland International. From there, it is about a 1 hour 15 minute drive to the campground. Alternatively, you can fly into Augusta (smaller airport and you will likely transfer in Boston), Bangor Airport (it's about a 2 hour drive to the campground) or Boston (3 hour drive to camp).
Train
Amtrak offers trains out of all major cities - and gets you very close to the wedding! You can Amtrak into Portland and Brunswick or bundle it with a connecting bus to get closer to the wedding in Bath or Damariscotta.
Travel Note
We are giving the wedding party and parents first dibs on the cabins at the campground (as there are only 6). In addition to these, you are welcome to RV (see note), tent (we will think you are a badass if you do this), or rent one of the bunkhouses. Bunkhouses have 2 sets of bunkbeds and heating/electricity. LMK if you are interested in staying at the campground and I can coordinate with the owners.
