When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP as soon as possible, by JULY 21st at the latest, so that we can inform our caterer that you are coming! We have a fabulous menu for you - grass fed Montana beef, wild-caught salmon, vegetarian & G/F options and want to make sure everyone is well fed!

No gifts, please. We have everything we need!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please come on time for our 4 PM ceremony. It could take 30 minutes from Whitefish to get to the venue. Allow time to park your vehicle at Mcgough Mountain and get ferried by golf cart or walk to the wedding site. See www.McgoughMountain.com for details. We want you there for the ceremony!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Montana elegant or your Sunday best. Dress up for a beautiful evening of dining and dancing in the pavilion! We recommend NO spike heels for women or traversing the grass may be challenging! Wear flats or wedges :)

Yes! Please let us know when you RSVP. Please note if your invitation includes a plus one. If not, just let us know.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love kids, and yours are especially precious to us. However, because of our guest number limitations, we respectfully request that parents find child care. Please make our wedding your date night !

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We have accommodated gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian & vegan. If you have a serious nut allergy, I will need to inquire with the caterer.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes. Parking attendants at entry with direct you. Golf cart will transport you to wedding site, or you can walk.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
No. Let us know, though, and we may be able to help you get a ride!
