Hike
9:00 am - 10:30 am
We will meet in the main parking lot of the Sun Valley Village - to the west of the post office. The hike is less than 2 miles long with roughly 250 feet of elevation gain total on a single track dirt trail - with incredible views. Our hike will end at Konditeroi - which is a wonderful place for coffee and pastries!
Welcome Party

Welcome to the West! Sundresses with boots, nice denim, or your favorite pearl-snap shirts and chinos. Bolo ties and cowboy hats encouraged but not required. We strongly recommend wearing boots, flat shoes or sneakers, as we will be in a field with uneven ground.
There will be desserts and drinks and hopefully a beautiful sunset to watch. Please see the 'Things to Do' section of our website for dinner recommendations prior to the Welcome Party. Parking is permissible at Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church (206 Sun Valley Road East, Sun Valley, ID 83353). The venue is also accessible via the Sun Valley & Spruce stop on the Blue Route (free bus line - mountainrides.org).

Wedding Ceremony

Please join us in your favorite garden-inspired looks. We suggest midi or maxi dresses (bright colors, prints, or florals encouraged) and a "jacket or tie" look. Please wear grass-friendly shoes (wedges, block heels, or flats), no stilettos! The sun will set around 9:30pm, but it won't get dark until 10-ish. Idaho is fickle with weather, so we encourage jackets or shawls for the late evening.
This will be an unplugged ceremony - we appreciate you being present with us and allowing our talented photographer and videographer capture the moment on behalf of all of us.
