Travel Note
Bend is a really popular place to visit in the summer because there is so much to do and many places to explore. Unfortunately, that means prices increase during the summer, and hotels, Airbnbs, flights, etc. get booked up pretty quickly. Please book your travel early to help save on expenses.

Hotel Peppertree Bend is in the center of town so it's close to everything! This is a cool and unique hotel on the west side of Bend close to all the trails and outdoor activities. It's near Hotel Peppertree where we'll have a shuttle running to our venue and back on 7/19.
House Or Rental

Travel Note
Lyfts and Ubers are pretty readily available in Bend. It is around $40-50 to get to/from the Redmond airport (one-way) to Bend. We'd recommend renting a car if you want to do some exploring around town, otherwise we will provide a shuttle to/from the hotel to the wedding celebration on Friday 7/19/24.
Shuttle

The venue is on the west side of town about 10-15 minutes from central Bend. We have a shuttle from Hotel Peppertree to the venue in Shevlin Park which will leave at 2:30pm and 3pm. We will also have a return shuttle from Aspen Hall to Hotel Peppertree from 9:30pm-10:30pm. Between 10:30pm-11pm a shuttle will be available from Aspen Hall to our after party location Cross-Eyed Cricket. A shuttle will also be available from Cross-Eyed Cricket back to Hotel Peppertree from 11pm-2am.
Flight
We know a lot of you will be traveling to Bend from San Diego. Alaska Airlines flies directly between San Diego and Bend (Redmond airport) and the flight is only 2 hours. Alaska Flight 3378 SAN > RDM 10:45am-1:05pm RDM > SAN 1:45pm-3:54pm
Flight
For all those coming from Seattle, the drive is around 6 hours to Bend if you're choosing to make the journey by car. If you'd like to fly, it's a short 45 minute flight from Seattle to Bend (Redmond Airport). Both Alaska Airlines and Delta Airlines offer multiple direct flights every day.

If you're joining us from Arizona, American Airlines offers two direct flights to Bend each day. The flight is a short 2.5 hours and flies directly from Phoenix Sky Harbor to Redmond Airport. Flight
The Bay Area has a few different options for direct flights to Bend, Oregon. The short flight is around an hour and you can fly directly from SFO to Bend (Redmond Airport) on Alaska Airlines or United Airlines, or you can fly directly from Santa Rosa on Avelo Airlines.

For those not flying in from one of the cities above, you'll want to look at flights to Redmond Airport (about 20 minutes north of Bend). These cities also offer direct flights, otherwise you'll need a connection: Los Angeles: Both Alaska Airlines and United Airlines fly directly from LAX to Redmond; Avelo Airlines flies directly from Burbank to Redmond. The flight is around 2.5 hours. Palm Springs: Avelo Airlines has direct 2-hour flights from PSP to Redmond, but the flights don't currently run every day. Las Vegas: Avelo Airlines has direct 2-hour flights from LAS to Redmond, but the flights don't currently run every day.
