We are thrilled to have you at our wedding and appreciate your traveling for the event. We strongly encourage guests to arrive on Friday to maximize their enjoyment of the beautiful area and minimize their stress for the big day. Please be aware that we have chosen an earlier ceremony time, 4 p.m., and many accommodations do not begin check-ins until 4 p.m. Depending on your needs, there are numerous lodging options in Nevada City and Grass Valley (hotels, Airbnb, etc.). Nevada City is accessible by car from anywhere in Northern California. The closest airports are Oakland, Sacramento, Reno, and SFO for those flying in. The venue has limited parking, so we recommend walking from your hotel or carpooling.

This is the main hotel in Nevada City and just a few blocks from our venue, making it an easy walk. We’ll be staying here for the weekend and would love to have you nearby! A small room block (but big discount) is available for our guests, along with our group code- CALDWED25. Their booking software is not intuitive, so please first pick your dates, then add the group code (you will need to change it from promo code). Tip: Don't be fooled if the Sunday checkout date looks blocked. It shouldn't be

Our venue shares a public parking lot that is free to use; spaces are limited and first-come, first-served. There’s also street parking nearby, which requires payment until 6:00 p.m. Please note: the meters only accept quarters, so come prepared if you plan to park on the street!
