Transfer Information

NEXUS will be the transportation company, you will receive an edoc from Tana. You don’t need an airport transfer pass for arrival or departure. Print the edoc and bring that with you. Our group reservation number is 1975311. When you arrive you’ll see Vacation Express/NexusTours, they will be wearing orange shirts. For DEPARTURE Guests will have to contact Nexus 48hrs prior to departure to confirm your pick up time at the resort. You can call them or WhatsApp them to confirm your pickup time. Flight

Cancun International Airport

Guests will be flying into Cancun International Airport. NEED HELP WITH FLIGHTS? Tana can arrange that for guests if you wish, or guests can book them right on the site (www.grandturizmo.com). Some airlines Tana cannot book without the room block package, so in those cases, guests would need to book flights on their own. On your arrival you will need to go through immigration. After you clear immigration, luggage claim, and customs, you will see timeshare vendors along the hall, they will try to offer free tours and assistance with your transfers. Please ignore them and find your transportation company.

We have arranged and reserved all-inclusive resort accommodations with a special rate. When booking your stay at Dreams we strongly recommend you book (to meet our room block requirement) with our Grand Turizm Travel Specialist, Tsvetana (Tana) Vaynshteyn. Room Block Pricing

After January 10, 2022, our room block will be done and released back to the resort. Under the all-inclusive room block we reserved 35 rooms for booking. We encourage you to book with our travel agent. All are reserved for 3-4 nights, if you want to stay longer let our Travel agent know. For booking there is an initial deposit of $50. If you want travel insurance that will be due as well. 35% of payment is due January 10, 2022 FINAL PAYMENT is due March 12, 2022 ROOM TYPES & PRICING FOR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY Premium Deluxe Tropical & Garden View 4 nights : $855 per person 3 nights: $651 per person Premium Deluxe Ocean View 4 nights: $903 per person 3 nights: $687 per person Preferred Club Ocean View and Pool Front View 4 nights: $1063 per person 3 nights: $807 per person There are 2 Preferred Ocean View rooms available, ask Tana for final pricing Guests can also upgrade the rooms ahead of time.
