While our room block is with The Mayflower Hotel, there are many other close by options at varying price points. Please note, provided transportation will only pick up and drop off at The Mayflower.

Flight

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)

This airport is about 15 minutes away from the hotel via Uber/Lyft. Metro is also available. Take the Yellow Line to Gallery Place and transfer to the Red Line. Exit at Farragut North, which is a short walk from the hotel.

Flight

Dulles International Airport (IAD)

This airport is about 45 minutes away from the hotel via Uber/lyft. While Metro is also available, it will take an extended time to travel. Take the Silver Line to Metro Center and transfer to the Red Line. Exit at Farragut North, which is a short walk from the venue. *a note from Kyle, "I recommend avoiding this airport (Reagan is just easier), unless you are a loyal United flyer or enjoy riding the historic "Mobile Lounges / People Movers" from the 1960s. Train

AMTRAK

Amtrak is a great option for those traveling to DC from the NYC or PA areas! You will arrive to Union Station with options to Metro or Uber/Lfyt to the Mayflower. If traveling by Metro, take the Red Line from Union Station to Farragut North. You will then have a short three minute walk to the hotel.
