SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION FROM HOTEL TO VENUE: We will have 2–3 shuttles running from the hotel to the venue. Each shuttle seats 9 people. • The first shuttle will depart at 2:40 PM • The second shuttle will depart at 2:50 PM • The third shuttle (if needed) will leave at 3:00 PM Please be in the hotel lobby ahead of your desired shuttle time to ensure a smooth and timely departure! Driving & Carpooling: Guests are welcome to drive or carpool to the venue. Overnight parking is available if you plan to leave your car and use alternate transportation back to the hotel. Ride Share Options: Ride share services (such as Uber and Lyft) are also available in the area. Feel free to use them as a convenient option for getting to and from the venue. After the Celebration: Please celebrate responsibly! Shuttle buses will be available to bring guests back to the hotel after the reception. You’re also welcome to use a ride share service for your return trip. Your safety means the world to us.
