Join us for welcome drinks to kick off the wedding weekend! This optional event is open to all guests and will take place following the rehearsal dinner at 8:30pm. No RSVP required — just stop by, raise a glass, and help us celebrate before the big day.

We kindly ask guests to wear semi-formal attire. Our ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) on grass, so please choose footwear accordingly—stilettos may not be the best option. We can't wait to celebrate with you in style!
SHUTTLE INFORMATION: We will have a shuttle bus running from the hotel to the venue. • The shuttle will depart the hotel and head to the venue at 3:00pm! Please be in the hotel lobby ahead of your shuttle time to ensure a smooth and timely departure! We will have various shuttles returning back to the hotel throughout the evening. • The first shuttle will head back to the hotel at 9:00pm. • The second shuttle will head back to the hotel at 10:00pm • The last shuttle will head back to the hotel at 11:15pm Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM, so we kindly ask that you arrive 20 to 30 minutes early to find your seat and settle in. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, we kindly ask that you do not enter, as late arrivals may disrupt the experience. Thank you for understanding! Following the ceremony, cocktail hour will commence at 4:00 PM. Dinner will be served at 6:00 PM, with dancing to follow. We can't wait to celebrate this special day with you!
