When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are taking place on September 6th, 2025 at Vennebu Hill 360 County Road A, Baraboo, WI 53913 The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm, please arrive 15-20min early. Cocktail hour will be from 4:00-5:30pm, with a plated dinner starting at 6:00pm with the dance following shortly after.

What transportation options are available?

Answer

A complimentary shuttle will be provided by the hotel to transport guests to and from the venue. Please note that seating on the shuttle is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you prefer, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft they are also available in the area for your convenience.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue! You are welcome to leave your car in the parking lot overnight with no risk of being towed.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. The ceremony will be outdoors on grass so please wear the appropriate shoes.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those who are listed on the invitation. Your invitation will indicate 'guest' if a plus one is determined.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your little ones, but due to the nature of our event, we kindly request that only those named on the invitation attend. If we’ve included your child’s name on the invitation, then they are, of course, welcome to join us! We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
