Join us for welcome drinks to kick off the wedding weekend! This optional event is open to all guests and will take place following the rehearsal dinner Friday 09/05 at 8:30pm. When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are taking place on September 6th, 2025 at Vennebu Hill 360 County Road A, Baraboo, WI 53913 The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm, please arrive 15-20min early. Cocktail hour will be from 4:00-5:30pm, with a plated dinner starting at 6:00pm with the dance following shortly after.

What transportation options are available?

Answer

We will have a shuttle bus running from the hotel to the venue. • The shuttle will depart the hotel and head to the venue at 3:00pm! Please be in the hotel lobby ahead of your shuttle time to ensure a smooth and timely departure! We will have various shuttles returning back to the hotel throughout the evening. • The first shuttle will head back to the hotel at 9:00pm. • The second shuttle will head back to the hotel at 10:00pm • The last shuttle will head back to the hotel at 11:15pm There are also ride share options such as Uber and Lyft available in the area.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue! You are welcome to leave your car in the parking lot overnight with no risk of being towed.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire. We would love to see you dress up to help us celebrate in style, think dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy skirts for women, and dress shirts, dress pants, or suits for men. The ceremony will be outdoors on grass so please wear the appropriate shoes.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those who are listed on the invitation. Your invitation will indicate 'guest' if a plus one is determined.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your little ones, but due to the nature of our event, we kindly request that only those named on the invitation attend. If we’ve included your child’s name on the invitation, then they are, of course, welcome to join us! We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
