Amy and Dalma met way back in first grade but it was in high school that their friendship truly blossomed. Amy is one of the kindest, most sincere and loyal friends a girl could be blessed to have. Together, Dalma and Amy navigated the perilous journeys of adolescence dressed in Catholic school girl uniforms on the NYC subway and explored the food-scene of the city way before hipsters made it cool. They road-tripped through beautiful Ireland together and have remained friends for decades despite now living an ocean apart. I am both honored and thrilled to have Amy by my side on this big day.
