To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by March 1, 2026 so we can plan accordingly!

Do I have to check-in?

Answer

Yes! You can check-in at the Main Entrance or near Gate 4. Garden access is available from 9:00 a.m to 7:00 p.m.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available in the main lot at the Main Entrance, with an approximate 15-minute walk to Meadow Pond. Street parking is also available near Gate 4 (37th Avenue & Cartier Street), with only a 2-minute walk to Meadow Pond. Please note that Gate 4 closes at 5:00 p.m. After this time, guests must exit through the Main Entrance.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00 PM (PST). Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony to get settled. It will be approximately 10-15 minute walk from the main parking lot to the ceremony area (Meadow Pond).

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

The reception will commence at 6:00 p.m., followed by dinner and dancing. It will be held in Floral Hall, located near the Main Entrance. Please plan accordingly if you wish to explore the garden beforehand.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal in wine, burgundy, pinks, and olive colours. Please refrain from wearing colours such as cream, ivory, and whites.

As the FIFA World Cup will be held in Vancouver, we anticipate increased activity in the area. we advised everyone to plan accordingly.

Your presence at our wedding is the only gift we need! Celebrating with you is what we care about most! If you want to bring or send something, we would treasure a card with your well wishes.

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be alcohol?

Our wedding will be a dry event with no alcohol served. We will have a variety of non-alcoholic beverages available.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, please feel free to take as many photos as you like throughout our wedding celebration! Also, we did hire a professional photographer, so please be mindful and use your best discretion to not interrupt the ceremony. Thank you.

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! Please bring umbrellas if rain is in the forecast.
