Ceremony: The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. Guests are kindly asked to arrive 15–30 minutes in advance. Arrival & Entry: Please enter the Meadow Pond through Gate 4 or the Main Entrance. Parking is available in the main lot as well as street parking near Gate 4. Please note that the walk to Meadow Pond is approximately two minutes from Gate 4 or 15 minutes from the Main Entrance. Gate 4 check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. must enter through the Main Garden Entrance and check in at the Front Desk.
Reception

Reception: Cocktail hour will begin shortly after the ceremony, with drinks and light refreshments served in Floral Hall near the Visitor Centre. The reception will commence at 6:00 p.m. in Floral Hall, followed by dinner and dancing. Guests are welcome to explore the garden during cocktail hour. The garden is open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Gate 4 closes at 5:00 p.m. and guests can exit through the Main Garden Entrance/Visitor Centre.
