When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly request that you RSVP by June 1st, 2026. Due to vendor headcount deadlines, we can only accommodate guests who respond by this date. Thank you for understanding and we hope you can join us!

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

We’re planning an outdoor ceremony (weather permitting!) with an indoor option just in case. The reception will have both indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy.

How do I get to and from the venue?

Answer

There is parking on-site for all guests, but please note that guests will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the venue, as no shuttle service will be provided.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is set for 4:30 PM. To allow time for parking and finding your seat, please arrive between 4:00-4:15 PM.

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be at the same location. The address is 2162 S Fork Farm Ln, West Jefferson, NC 28694. Please note that the final stretch of the drive is somewhat remote, featuring a narrow dirt and gravel road. Detailed directions and additional information will be provided with your invitation!

Kindly include any dietary restrictions or allergies with your RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We’d love for you to lean toward semi-formal attire. Cocktail dresses, midi or floor-length dresses, jumpsuits, and suits with ties are all perfect choices. Please avoid casual attire like jeans, shorts, and T-shirts. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes you don’t mind walking on grass or gravel in.
