The Bride is a free spirit with an open heart. She loves and gives of herself willingly. A passion for travel, she has lived in 7 states and wants to see the world. Her Southern upbringing makes her polite, but she can be surprising in her humor. Dwight adores her cooking skills, smarts, and wit. Crafts and fashion are her hobbies, she loves creativity. Her work is in Finance, she enjoys helping people. The wedding might be simple and rustic due to their tastes, but will sparkle since glitter is her favorite color! As an eclectic soul, her big day will have whimsical traits to make you smile. She survived Hurricane Katrina, endures a life of pain from back injuries, and has lost both parents. She tries not to let it dull her shine, and is excited to join the Millers in marriage.
Dwight Miller
Groom
{From Crystal}: He's long-haired, even-tempered and just So Chill. Empirically handsome (but I'm a little biased), hard-working, trustworthy and loyal. I spent a lot of time trying to find someone with even just a few of his good traits and look how lucky I got! He is a Carpenter by trade, who has passion in his work. But when he's home, he makes me smile every single day with his quick wit and silliness. It evens out my anxious tension no matter how bad my day with song, usually containing the wrong lyrics on purpose. He's secretly very sweet to me and I cannot imagine the rest of my life without him in it. He loves a good pun, a good beer and a game to watch. But most importantly, he loves his family. Of which I am honored to become a part of.
Victoria Steele
Maid of Honor
Victoria is Crystal's longest-known Delaware friend. I have known her since college, around 2009. She has been there for me in my best and worst of times. She has a fun sense of humor, is incredibly smart, and I trust her with every bit of the planning here in Delaware. Getting overwhelmed? She's a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health. BEST choice for a Maid of Honor, amirite? She's a killer listener and has great, geeky taste. You'll find her where the TARDISes are.
Annalize Sanders (Anna-Lease)
Matron of Honor
Our wedding has a sense of humor (see picture from Halloween years ago) and so does she! Anna and I (Crystal) have known one another since high school, more than 15 years. Anna works as a Massage Therapist, and can see the joy and laughter in any moment. She shares that happiness with her long-time spouse and their two beautiful daughters. She has a way of always reminding me that life is hilarious. We still maintain Best Friend status from 3000 miles away. She is charismatic and charming, and will be easy to find with her contagious laugh. She is the Matron of Honor, and will attempt to be part of the Delaware Wedding and Reception. She lives in Nevada, where our Honeymoon will be in Lake Tahoe; and will be overseeing the second Reception held there for our friends out West.
Kanina Miller (Ka-Nine-Ah)
Sister of the Groom/Bridesmaid
Soon she'll be my Sister, until then, she's my Bridesmaid! You'll know Kanina by the fantastic peacock-colored hair. She is one of the most creative people I've ever met, and has welcomed me to the family since Day One. As a matter of fact, after first meeting her, she told me that if Dwight and I ever broke up, that she'd keep me instead! Another amazing person with a great sense of humor. She is giving and kind. Animals and children love her dearly. She is the kind of person who can see the silver linings of nearly any situation. So if you need words of encouragement or a cute crocheted animal, she's your girl.
Kelly Jester
Bridesmaid
Kelly is a brainy beauty with an infectious laugh. She is currently in a relationship with Vern, the Best Man. He's a pretty lucky guy, too. She has talent for computer projects and works as a Web Developer Engineer. When she's not working hard, you can find her celebrating the everyday or cooking some delicious, healthy food. Her calm demeanor and planning ability will be super-helpful in the Bridal Party. (And her awesome Mixology skills).
Vern Miller
Best Man
Older Brother of the Groom, Best Man, Father to Kaleb his college-aged son, and Fisherman Extraordinaire. He is witty and charming. Boyfriend to Kelly, he keeps her on her toes. His humor will resonate with his speech(es), all the while making sure Dwight stays sane throughout the wedding activities. He has multiple hobbies for sport, including bowling and billiards.
Courtney Moss
Groomsma'am
Courtney is Dwight's best friend, and I knew they were a package deal. She will be on his side, wearing the tux and supporting him on his big day. Mother to three lovely kids, works with the elderly and loves video games. She's no-nonsense, covered in tattoos and altogether awesome. When she's not taking care of her parents or kids, she will kick your butt at Zelda games.
Minister Joseph Simon
Officiant
Joe is 100% character. (Shown in his natural habitat). He's funny, warm and caring. He loves kids, and will happily hold your baby. He was ordained once he knew we were getting married and we couldn't have anyone else! Joe works in corrections, is former K9 police, and has a family full of love. He will make the ceremony beautiful and the party a success as emcee. He will keep you laughing!
