No dress code, but it is highly recommended to wear a cool comfortable outfit and shoes. Think dressy casual wear: linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, sandals, etc. Note: the reception will take place out doors, and it is often very windy.
Please see our Travel page for our hotel recommendations.
Ikaria's roads are steep and winding. Driving is not too bad once you get the hang of it. If you plan to stay in the village of Therma, there are plenty of things to do to occupy your time. However, if you would like to see all of Ikaria, we recommend you rent a car, as public transportation and taxis are limited. Your hotel should be able to assist you with a car rental, but we have included car rental recommendations on our Travel page.
There is no parking in the traditional sense, meaning no parking lot. Street parking can be limited, but if you don't mind a short walk you will find parking.
