The shuttle can hold 23 passengers per trip. If you miss the shuttle, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the venue. 2:30 PM | There will be complimentary sparkling wine and sparkling water available before the ceremony. The full bar will open at cocktail hour after the ceremony. 4:00-4:30 PM | CEREMONY The Blaisdell | 2322 Blaisdell Avenue | Minneapolis, MN Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Guests should plan to arrive by 3:45 PM. If you plan to drive to the venue, please see FAQs for parking information. 4:30-6:00 PM | COCKTAIL HOUR Cocktail hour will take place in the front parlors, second floor space, and outdoor patio (weather permitting) while the ballroom is transformed into the reception hall. The bar will be open for the entirety of cocktail hour. Our caterer will be handing out delicious appetizers during this time. 6:00-10:30 PM | RECEPTION Dinner will be served at 6:30 PM with dessert and dancing to follow. Last song will play at 10:25 PM. Brian and Abby encourage everyone to be on the dance floor all night long! 8:30 PM, 9:30 PM | SHUTTLE FROM VENUE TO HOTEL There will be two shuttle trips from the venue to the hotel during the reception and one shuttle trip at the conclusion of the reception. The earlier shuttles will depart from The Blaisdell at 8:30 PM and 9:30 PM promptly. The shuttle can hold 12-14 passengers per trip. If you miss the shuttle, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the hotel. 10:45 PM | FINAL SHUTTLE FROM VENUE TO HOTEL The final shuttle will depart The Blaisdell promptly at 10:45 PM and arrive to the hotel by 11:15 PM. This shuttle can hold 10-12 passengers in addition to the bride & groom. If you miss the shuttle, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the hotel.
