House Or Rental
Look in Loveland and Berthoud. Both downtown strips are about 15 minutes from the party. Consider how far you want to drive to and from events.... and Lyft and Uber aren't big around here.

This is the default pick up/drop off location for the Greed Ride Airport Shuttle (see shuttle note below) There are a lot of hotels in this area- it's right off I-25. This area is about 25 minutes from The Party.

When we spoke to Sylvan Dale (in Feb) they were only taking guests who were booking a week... if you're into that, check this out. As The Party gets closer it might be worth checking if they're offering shorter stays as rooms (might) be released from a block reservation.

Come for the rustic retreat. Stay for the ghosts, or boy riding a tricycle, or Jim Carrey in a brown fringe leather jacket. This landmark is a 40 minute drive from The Party but a good place to spend some time if you're extending your stay in the area.
