Things To Do

St. Andrews State Park

St. Andrews State Park

4607 State Park Lane, Panama City, FL 32408

We always love to go here for our beach days-- it's much more quiet than the main PCB beaches. Very laid back, family friendly, and it has a beautiful pier to walk out on and you can snorkel under the pier or around the jetty rocks. From the park, you can also take a ferry out to shell island if you want to venture out! There is an a small fee to enter the park, which is something to be aware of.

The Press Downtown

The Press Downtown

310 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401

This is our all time favorite coffee shop in the area. SO GOOD!! and it is right in the middle of downtown PC which is a beautiful area to shop around (lots of little shops and restaurants to try). Our favorite drink there is the Dark Irishman Cold Brew, but anything there is amazing!

Sola Coffee Bar

Sola Coffee Bar

1519 Tennessee Avenue, Lynn Haven, FL 32444

Sola Coffee Bar will always hold a special place in our hearts...We went here for our first date! Needless to say, we had a great time and highly recommend it.

Pier Park

Pier Park

600 Pier Park Drive, Panama City Beach, FL 32413

Especially this time of year, as spring break has started, Pier Park may e busy, but it very fun, colorful, and lively! There is a beautiful beach which allows pet access here, and plenty of amazing shopping.

Runaway Island

Runaway Island

14521 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, FL 32413

This is the place where we got engaged, so it holds a very special place in our hearts! Good food and beautiful beachscape/access and a neat little gift shop to visit inside.

Seaside

Seaside

2236 East County Highway 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459

There are so many cute little towns as you drive down a little ways past PCB and explore Scenic Highway 30A! Rosemary Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Seaside, Watercolor-- all adorable places with their own unique style, all with the sparkling emerald coast the entire stretch on one side, and countless food trucks, shops, restaurants lining the streets. Seaside has some our favorite spots- great food trucks/airstream trailers, Sundog book store underneath a charming record store.

FINNS ISLAND STYLE GRUB + FINNS BARISTA BAR and SNACK SHACK

FINNS ISLAND STYLE GRUB + FINNS BARISTA BAR and SNACK SHACK

7210 Thomas Drive, Panama City, FL 32408

Fins Island style grub and barista bar on Thomas Drive PCB is very vibey! great smoothy bowls at the barista bar, and great food at the truck outside. Fins is connected to Mr. Surf's surf shop (see details on separate tab). There is another Fins Island Style Grub location downtown St Andrews (around the area of Oaks by the Bay Park where the ceremony will be held). There is no barista bar, but it is on the water, and normally has live music on the weekend, which is super fun! We ended up here kind of by accident on our second date and ended up loving it!

Mr. Surf's Surf Shop

Mr. Surf's Surf Shop

7220 Thomas Drive, Panama City, FL 32408

Mr. Surf's is a super cool local faith based surf shop. Here you will find more local style and handmade souvenirs, sports wear and quality beach supplies, and wonderful people!

Camp Helen State Park

Camp Helen State Park

23937 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, FL 32413

Even more secluded than St. Andrews SP! Camp Helen SP tranquil and immersed in nature and wildlife! There are some trails to hike and explore, there is a welcome center/lodge, kayak and paddleboard access, and a beautiful beach-- although it is a good walk from the parking lot, it is lined with sturdy matt flooring which makes the walk much easier. This is the location for half of our engagement pictures.
