The wedding ceremony will be outdoors at the park, under the shade of beautiful oak trees. Guests may wish to consider the weather/temperature when making their outfit selections. Bottles of water will be available to each guest at the ceremony. During the ceremony, should guests need to use the restroom, there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the immediate area that may be utilized, but there are no on-site facilities. If there are unforeseen weather issues preventing an outdoor wedding, the ceremony will be held at the same destination the reception is being held- Palo Alto Church of Christ.

The wedding ceremony will conclude around 5:30 PM. At this time, those who have been asked prior to the event to stay behind for pictures will do so, and everyone else may be dismissed. Guests are free to filter over to the reception destination. There will some games and activities available, and there is a playground for children. Dinner will be served around 6:30 PM, and the bride and groom will arrive around 7:00 PM. There will be some festivities, and then the newly weds will have their send off by 9:00 PM, concluding the reception.
