In our efforts to create the safest & best celebratory environment for everyone, some safety protocols will be implemented during our wedding ceremony at the church (indoors) & our reception (mostly outdoors). Though many of you have likely been vaccinated (congrats!), please use your best judgment & respect fellow guests. - As of 8/2, masks are now required indoors during our church ceremony and dessert/dancing indoors. N95 Masks will be provided at both venues if you need one. - Hand sanitizer will be available at both venues. - The wedding party will be mask-less, so if this bothers you, please select a non-aisle seat at the church. - Dinner will be served with seating based (to the best of our ability) on your familiars. If you have any requests for seating, please email Laura. Dinner will be a mask-less moment for guests; servers will be masked. - While dancing is indoors (although all doors will remain open), there is plenty of outdoor space to demonstrate your dance moves!
Due to limitations at the church, shuttles will not be available from the church. Parking is available at the church parking lot at the bottom of the hill (there is a driveway to drop off those who cannot go up the stairs). We have arranged for shuttles to take our guests from the Acqua Hotel & Holiday Express hotel to the reception at Marin Art & Garden Center. We'll be posting the schedule once it's finalized with the transportation company. Stay tuned :)
Children are welcome at the wedding ceremony, but not to the wedding reception. While we adore your little ones, we are looking forward to our adults guests being able to enjoy an evening of celebration. We politely request no children at this private, intimate reception. If you need any assistance finding a sitter locally, please reach out to Laura as she has some local sitters who are highly recommended by friends with children.
We will be serving a "family style" dinner that consists of multiple dishes, including chicken, beef, pasta and vegetables. If you have any specific dietary needs, please note them when you RSVP (there's a field to do so) or email Laura directly at LauraCraig11@mac.com. We'll do the best to accommodate you!
As the delta variant continues to fuel a rise in COVID-19 cases, a growing list of Bay area (this includes San Francisco, Marin (where Mill Valley is located), Sonoma & Napa counties) restaurants and bars are now asking for vaccination cards for entry. We suggest you bring your proof of vaccination ready to show upon checkin at restaurants if you're planning on dining indoors. Note, many states now have an application you can download to your phone so you don't have to carry your vaccination card with you.
