Known for his hipster aesthetic, West Asheville is home to many vintage shops, trendy eateries and other boutiques. While there's not much to do (essentially one strip), it's worth a visit!

Ashville is a very active community and there are so many hiking trails around. If you need some fresh air and nature, we highly recommend it!
Sierra Nevada recently opened a brewery / large campus just south of Asheville (~20-30 mins away). It's definitely worth a visit if you're looking for something to do.
If hiking isn't your thing but you still want to see the views, the Blue Ridge Parkway has many scenic pull offs through the mountains.
Downtown is one of the most popular areas of the city. The Grove Arcade is at the center of this scene with boutiques, bars and eateries on the streets surrounding.
