As many of you know, we met on X, formally known as Twitter. We were in a couple group chats with each other. In one of the group chats, our friends were telling him a story of my naïveté. He laughed his head off. Following that, I sent him a private message to clarify some things. From there, we started messaging back and forth. Then a month or so later, I awkwardly asked for his number because I didn't want to be on X all day. Then texting became zooming. Then, he was selling his things so he could afford to visit me. He came to visit in December of 2021 and we decided to call it official on the 12th. Eventually, he secured a job where he could work for two weeks straight and then come visit for a week. So, while it's not ideal, it's definitely better than a full-on long distance relationship.
