What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the Ceremony start so you have ample time to find your seat.

Where should I park?

Answer

Both the ceremony any reception will be held at Castle Farms, where parking will be complimentary for all guests. Overnight parking at Castle Farms is permitted and the property is gated for security.

What does Black Tie Optional include?

Answer

Join us for an elegant evening - please dress to impress! The black tie optional dress code offers some flexibility in formal attire, allowing our guests to choose between a traditional black tuxedo or dark suit and tie for men, and either a formal evening gown or a cocktail dress for women.

Do I get to bring a guest?

Answer

If your name on the formal invite is accompanied by "and Guest" - yes! If not, please do not plan to bring a date. If you are unsure, please contact either the bride or groom with any questions.

Is there a room block?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at the Earl Hotel and reserved discounted rates at Weathervane Terrace Inn and Suites. We have also linked to other nearby hotels (plus Airbnb and Vrbo) on the travel page of our website. Earl Hotel: Reservations can be made through our booking link, by directly calling The Earl, or through The Earl website at www.hotelearl.com using group code 2686600. The group code or event name (Knoblauch/ Moore Wedding) must be provided at the time of booking. Weathervane Terrace: We have reserved discounted rates at Weathervane Terrace Inn & Suites, please call the hotel directly and share our account reservation number (3721) for 9/26-9/28.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

We will be serving a duet plate during the reception dinner. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please share those details when you RSVP so our caterers can accommodate your needs.
