Ser Casasandra

All guests will be staying at this hotel. If you RSVP’d yes, and provided us with a room reservation preference, we have secured those reservations with a deposit. Your Check-in date is Apr. 10 and your check-out date is Apr.13. Please contact Lea at Ser Casasandra (experiences@casasandra.com) to let them know if you would like to extend your stay beyond the three days we have already reserved for you (Check-in Apr. 10, check-out Apr.13). This is important as the rooms are no longer being blocked as of July 1, 2024. If you requested additional days already, we have secured those dates with the hotel as well. We will be mailing everyone a confirmation of their hotel room reservation and cost. March 1-10, 2025 - Guest Payment 1 of 2: One month before the event takes place, the credit card of each guest will be charged for 1 night of the guest’s total cost of their reservation. Ser Casasandra Hotel will be in touch with all guests for a signed authorization letter for payments.

Shuttle and Ferry ride to/from Hotel

Cris and Courtney have paid for your shuttle and ferry ride from Cancun Airport to the hotel. Please enter your flight information at the link provided. Note: There is a tab for each, arrivals and departures. Please contact experiences@sercasasandra.com if you have any questions.

Travel Note

When you arrive in Cancun:

When you arrive in Cancun, walk outside the airport: Look for a driver with your name on a sign. They will also be looking for the bright yellow luggage tags I've mailed to you. Driver will take you from Cancun to Chiquila: 2.5 hours (one chance to stop for the bathroom approx. half way) Ferry from Chiquila to Holbox: The driver will provide you with your ferry tickets. They will bring you to the ferry area and they will take your photo to send to the staff member meeting you after the Ferry ride, for your golf cart ride. The ferry ride is about 20-25 mins. Golf cart ride from Ferry port to Ser Casasandra Hotel: You will see a line of people waiting for another shuttle or a golf cart, but that’s not for you. You will stand separately from them so that the hotel’s golf cart drivers can spot you. The fun golf cart ride is about 10-12 mins.

Book Activities with the Hotel

The hotel added a list of holbox experiences/activities and their costs. They are able to book these activities with the vendor on your behalf. Add your name to the sheet if you are interested in any of the activities! Before you schedule an activity, please check our wedding schedule for conflicts!
